Fees & Insurance
Contact our office for current fee schedules and procedures which differ for children, adults, professional, and service.
Payment is due at the time of service. Personal check, cash, or money order are acceptable forms of payment.
Many insurance companies include mental health benefits, including psychological testing in their coverage. It is the client's responsibility to know the benefits and provisions of their particular plan and to provide the necessary notification to the insurance company regarding mental health services and mental health benefits. Check with your insurance company about possible reimbursement.
We are Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO providers in the state of Illinois (under the group name “Arlington Counseling Associates", not the individual therapist's name or "The Arlington Center"). For BCBS/IL members, we will gladly process the claims for services and accept your co-payment as determined by your plan.

Hours
Each therapist manages their own appointments and determines their hours and availability according to their schedule. With such a large staff of therapists, it is likely that we will be able to schedule appointments at times that fit the client's needs.
